Issue Position: Cutting Government Waste

Issue Position

Date: Jan. 1, 2012

The financial decisions of Illinois have been poor and resulted in a deficit of over 13 billion dollars. Illinois must continue to work to cut unnecessary spending and learn to live within its means. As a legislator, I will push for more requirements for Illinois departments to inform the citizens exactly where their tax dollars are going.
